About Project Resilience 911
Project Resilience 911 was created as a localized Peer Support Team to provide support for all First Responders, Frontline Workers, Military Personnel, and their families in the Province of Manitoba.
What began as an initiative within Brandon MB has grown into a collaborative effort involving a wide range of partner agencies across the province. Project Resilience 911 now includes representatives from:
We look forward to building and maintaining strong relationships with local First Responders, Frontline Workers, Military Personnel, and their families.
Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
Project Resilience 911 recognizes the critical importance of addressing stress responses following exposure to traumatic incidents. Without timely support, the psychological impacts of critical incident stress can be significant.
We offer Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), a structured and supportive approach delivered by a team of qualified professionals and trained peers. These debriefings are available following significant events and can be provided to any First Responder, Frontline, or Military organization across Manitoba.
Additionally, Project Resilience 911 team members are available to attend on-site to offer peer support and stress management during or following incidents, as requested.
